The following Charges will be added AFTER room rates & taxes:
- Credit Card Transaction Fee: 4% per transaction (including refunds)
- Pet Charge (per pet): $75 One time charge. Read Pet Policy for rules & regulations.
- Property Fee which includes Cleaning Fee: $85.00 to $175.00
- Third party Booking Fee: 15% of nightly rate
- Cancellation Fee: $225.00 up to 100% of booking plus taxes and credit card fees (4% per transaction)
- Additional Adults: $25.00 each
- Overflow parking available: $25 per unit
- No toil
