Payments & Cancellations
Customers are required to review and accept our payment and cancellation policy.
Smoky View is a veteran and locally owned business with limited rentals.
Once reservation is booked, policies become binding and legal.
Cancellation Policy & Fees
- All guests are financially responsible for the dates reserved
- There are no refunds due to weather, changed of plans, or early departures
- No refunds will be issued on scheduled events or holidays
- Non-refundable payments
- Reservation Payment $225 + Credit Card Fees + Taxes
- One-night stay:
- Reservation total is non-refundable at point of sale
- Guests reserve the right to move reservations for an additional charge
- Excluding event & holiday weekend reservations
- Same-day cancellation: $50 charge + credit card transaction fees + taxes
- Processing fees for payments made are non-refundable
Required Payments – Non-Refundable
- 30 days prior to check-in date:
- 50% of payment will be processed
- 15 days prior to check-in date:
- 100% of payment will be processed
- Reservations within 30 days of check-in date are non-refundable
