Rules and Regulations

Here at “Vacationland” we are proud to have you as our guest. We hope you enjoy your stay by taking part in the many activities we offer, such as volleyball, swimming, fishing, shuffleboard, and horseshoes. This is just to let everyone know of our policies and rules so that everyone is safe and has a wonderful time.

CAUTIONS

• Please observe the ONE WAY sign at a speed of 5 mph. We have children playing and riding bikes.
• All swimming pool regulations must be followed.
• No children are to be left unattended.
• For emergencies, dial 911.
• Campfires need to be kept low burning and never left unattended. Always remember to completely put them out.
• NO SMOKING IN THE CABINS. THERE IS A BUTT CAN ON THE PORCH FOR YOUR USE. NO BUTTS ARE TO BE LEFT ON THE GROUND

PETS

• Pets must be on a leash.
• Dog duties have to be picked up.
• Please do not allow pets to urinate on flowers, trees, borders, the swimming pool, fences, or on the side of cabins.
• Do not leave your pets unattended in the cabin. THEY MUST BE CRATED.

RECREATION

• All pool rules are to be followed.
• Children under the age of 18 must have adult supervision at all times (pool & playground).
• NO running, pushing, shoving, or diving.
• The pool and spa closes at dusk with NO EXCEPTIONS.
• No pets are allowed in the pool.
• No chairs or floats are allowed in the pool.
• All persons using the pool do so at your own risk. Management is not responsible for injuries.
• All balls must be returned to the office when finished using.
• Wireless internet (password: abcabcabcd)

IMPORTANT TIMES

• Quiet time is 10 p.m.
• Laundry room closes at 10 p.m. If you need to do laundry please wait until housekeeping is finished (if any additional clean towels are needed bring dirty ones to the laundry room and get clean ones).
• Check out time is 10 a.m.

FOR SALE

• Firewood: $10 for 8 pieces
• Ice: $3 per bag

RECYCLING BINS

• Recycling bins are located at different areas on the property.
• Place aluminum cans, plastic bottles, glass bottles, and jugs in specified bins.
• All other trash is to be taken to the dumpster (located on your left as you exit).

DEPARTURE

• Wash and put away all the dishes that you use.
• Leave the remote control on top of the TV.
• Turn off all lights, TVs, heaters, air conditioners, fans, and radios.
• Inside chairs stay inside and outside chairs stay outside.
• Take all trash and recycleables to their designated areas.
